As our Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers succeed with Finago’s solutions. You will work on a variety of exciting customer projects, combining consulting expertise, project leadership, ERP implementation, and technical insight to help organizations achieve real business value. You’ll join a knowledge-driven team in a fast-growing SaaS company, where collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing are central to how we work. Your role will combine technical, commercial, and customer-facing responsibilities, acting as a key link between customers, internal teams, and technical resources. Your key tasks and responsibilities include: Onboarding new customers and leading your own customer projects from kick-off to final delivery. Leading ERP implementations, including system setup, configuration, and data migration. Understanding customer needs and business processes, and translating them into effective system solutions. Planning and delivering customer training, workshops, and meetings. Coordinating customers, internal teams, stakeholders, and third parties while ensuring progress and clear communication. Providing technical and commercial guidance throughout customer and sales processes.
