Entry-level Carpenter We are looking for an entry-level carpenter for our client for versatile construction tasks in the Tampere region. The position is suitable for someone with some experience in the construction industry or ongoing construction studies who wants to develop their skills through practical work. The job description consists of versatile construction tasks according to the needs of the site. Your duties may include, for example, assisting the carpenter, carrying and moving materials, creating opening protections, demolition and clearing work, maintaining site cleanliness, assisting with partition wall work, boarding, assisting with formwork and reinforcement work, tiling, and other construction tasks. Tasks vary according to the progress of the project, so a brisk attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks are most important. Work begins as agreed, and if a suitable candidate is found, the start date can be on a fast schedule. Working hours are generally Mon–Fri 7:00–15:30. Salary is determined based on your skills and experience in accordance with the construction industry collective agreement (14.20–18.65 €/h + TES additions). Requirements for employment: * Valid occupational safety card. * Legal age (18+). * Some experience in construction tasks or construction education. * Brisk and proactive approach to work. * Readiness for physical work. * Desire to learn and develop in construction tasks. Ability to read construction drawings, a hot work permit, own tools, and the possibility of using your own car are considered an advantage.
