About the role

Fire alarm technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, programming and commissioning of fire alarm, security light, beacon and smoke extraction systems in various customer sites. Working hours are weekdays 7:00–16:00. Facility services handle mechanical and electrical maintenance for shopping centers, hotels and office properties. Ensures customer buildings operate technically and energy efficiently, providing comfortable environments for end users.

Responsibilities

  • Install, service, program and commission fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, beacon and smoke extraction at customer sites
  • Work hours are weekdays 7:00–16:00
  • Ensure building services maintenance for malls, hotels and offices and maintain energy-efficient operations

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in maintenance, repair or commissioning of fire alarm systems
  • Technical skills, precision and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience with at least one manufacturer's fire alarm systems (e.g., Schneider, Hedengren, Honeywell or Panasonic)
  • Valid occupational safety card and driving license are a plus
  • Fluent Finnish speaking and writing
