Registered Nurse

Your Role As a Registered Nurse, you are responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing rehabilitative nursing care and services for home care clients within your unit. In this role, you are responsible for nursing decision-making in various and demanding clinical situations and varying work environments. Independent decision-making, self-direction, and planning of your own work are emphasized. Your days are structured according to the service needs of the clients, so the content of the work varies daily. Planning, implementing, and evaluating the client's medication therapy in cooperation with a physician are among your core tasks. The work involves active interaction with clients, relatives, the work community, and partners. In home care, you will have the opportunity to work holistically for the benefit of the client by organizing diverse services. In Lehmusvalkama home care, pleasant colleagues and an open work community await you. You will get around on foot in this position. As a nurse, you will primarily work the morning shift. Valid LOVe medication permit (the permit can be completed through the employer), experience working with elderly people, and proficiency in Pegasos, OMNI, and RAI are considered assets. Eligibility requirement is a legal qualification as a registered nurse in accordance with the Act on Health Care Professionals (559/1994). Interested?
