Your key responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care, as well as establishing trusting relationships with residents and their loved ones. The role also involves acting as a primary nurse, responsible for the individual care process, using digital systems required for operations, and documenting the care process in accordance with legislation and guidelines. Interviews will start during the application period. Qualifications: Licensed practical nurse qualification, authorizing the use of protected job title. The role requires vaccination protection according to Infectious Diseases Act section 48 and tuberculosis screening according to section 55. In the West Uusimaa welfare area, a drug test in accordance with the substance abuse program may be requested from the selected candidate. Before starting work, the selected candidate must present a criminal record extract in accordance with law 741/2023 section 28, to verify criminal background for working with elderly persons. Additionally, a valid medication dispensing license and sufficient spoken and written Finnish language skills are required.
