Hydropower Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project manager for hydropower to join our growing business around Oulu. In this role you will lead and develop hydropower projects end-to-end, from planning to delivery and handover, and continuously develop and maintain customer relationships. You will play a central role in ensuring technical, schedule, and financial success of projects, with a particular emphasis on hydropower expertise and development, acting as a key driver of our hydropower business growth. Your tasks include leading and executing hydropower projects in accordance with project processes, managing timelines, resources and budgets, coordinating customer and stakeholder collaborations and communications, coordinating EHSQ matters, handling project changes, maintaining project data and documentation and reporting, monitoring financial performance and invoicing, and ensuring successful handover. You will actively participate in hydropower development projects in Finland and actively develop and maintain customer relationships. We expect from you a suitable technical education (DI, engineer or equivalent) and a minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience, strong knowledge or experience in hydropower and/or the energy sector, good project management and stakeholder engagement skills, and fluent Finnish and English language skills.
