Job Description
We are looking for spotters for a data center construction site in Espoo to coordinate internal lifting operations. We are recruiting spotters for a construction site in Espoo. The main task of the spotter is to monitor and participate in lifting of large HVAC ducts and pipes, and to observe the movements of machinery and personnel on site to ensure safety. Previous experience as a spotter is not required, but experience in guiding and monitoring machinery and personnel on construction sites is advantageous. The site is multinational, and proficiency in Finnish plus either English or Polish is required. Work begins around May-June, and for suitable candidates, there is potential for long-term employment, especially if you can travel between different data centers in Uusimaa. Work is especially intensive during peak season, with extended hours (9-10 hours/day on weekdays, including some Saturdays), and overtime is compensated according to the collective agreement.
