The client company operates in the metal industry, and the job offers practical, varied tasks in welding and installation. In this role, you will not perform the same work step day after day; instead, the work combines various metalworks, assembly, and working according to drawings. This job is suitable for you if you enjoy hands-on work and want to develop your skills as part of a professional working environment. As a metalworker, you will work in versatile welding and installation tasks during the day shift in Pargas. Work starts immediately or by agreement. Your work may include, for example: * various welding tasks with metal products and structures * assembly and installation work * working based on technical drawings * versatile machine shop and metal industry practical tasks * cooperation with other production units to ensure work progresses smoothly and with quality The job is permanent and performed as day work, keeping your daily routine predictable. We hope that you have suitable metal industry expertise for the position and a desire to take on practical work. The most important thing is not long experience, but that your attitude is right and you want to learn. We require from you: * experience or basic skills in welding and/or installation * ability to read technical drawings or willingness to learn quickly * a brisk and motivated work ethic * precision and responsibility in your own work * willingness to work in Pargas on the day shift We also value: * previous experience in versatile metalwork * expertise acquired in a machine shop or production environment * initiative and a desire to take responsibility for your own workmanship If your experience is still growing but your motivation is strong, we still encourage you to apply.
