Job Description

We are looking for a growth director to be part of Onni's management team, to build and develop shared capabilities, operational models, and solutions that enable our business areas to grow faster, more impactfully, efficiently, and customer-oriented. Onni's growth increasingly relies on customer understanding, data, digitalization, AIRPA deployment, demonstrating impact, and shared commercial operating models. As a growth director, you will be a key enabler and implementer of this change. The role reports to the CEO. The growth director's task is not to build a separate development or consulting organization but to help business areas grow by building shared operational models, tools, and capabilities that are visible in daily operations and business results. The role combines identifying new growth opportunities, developing business workflows, better utilizing customer understanding and data, promoting digital solutions, and implementing change in practice. You will work across Onni and collaborate closely especially with business areas and IT. As a growth director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing company-wide growth enablers. You will build shared customer understanding and enhance the use of customer data in decision-making, business development, customer relationships, and services. You will create operational models that identify customer needs more deeply and systematically, and you will oversee the partnership program and customer portal. You will identify new business, service, and partnership opportunities based on customer understanding. You will participate in evaluating and developing new service areas and growth opportunities, bringing new perspectives to commercialization and growth. You will lead development projects related to customer relationships, marketing automation, inbound and outbound activities, and digital customer journeys. These include, for example, AIRPA architecture, marketing automation, and inbound/outbound customer service automation. You will build shared operational models that support growth in business areas and ensure solutions are practical and scalable. Additionally, you will develop impact measurement and its use in business management and as a tool for customer acquisition. You will promote quality improvement programs and lead agreed company-wide development projects in collaboration with business units. You succeed if you see new opportunities in business development and can turn them into practical actions. You understand the potential of data, customer insights, and digitalization in building growth, but you also drive development projects to completion with people. We expect you to have experience in business development and growth building, proven leadership in development projects and change management, and the ability to combine business thinking, analytics, and practical implementation. Good ICT skills and workflow development skills are required, as well as the ability to develop and measure workflow improvements. The role requires strong collaboration and influencing skills, the ability to build cross-organizational cooperation, and readiness to advance multiple initiatives simultaneously, even under pressure. You are comfortable with data, numbers, and learning new things. We value strong expertise in the social and health care environment, such as legislation, regulation, and market and competitor data. Above all, we seek a person who can build growth and make development visible through everyday actions.
