As Strategic Advisor to our EVP Technology, IT & Security (CTIO), you will play an important role in helping our leadership team stay organized, aligned, and focused on what matters most. You will work closely with the CTIO and the wider leadership team, driving the implementation across key pillars, facilitate communication, support decision-making processes, and create structure in a busy environment. Some days you will be supporting executive and board-level materials. Other days you will help organize offsites, coordinate stakeholders across functions, or ensure important actions and decisions move forward. No two days are exactly alike, and that is part of what makes the role interesting. You will become a trusted partner to the leadership team and an important contributor to how the organization operates every day. To thrive in this role, we think you need - More than 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting senior leaders - Experience with leadership support, and administrative processes - Solid organizational skills and the ability to maintain overview when managing multiple priorities simultaneously - Effective communication skills in both Danish and English - Experience working with Microsoft 365, Teams, and modern collaboration tools - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement - An initiative-driven approach and the ability to anticipate needs rather than wait for instructions - Experience from technology, IT, telecom, or international environment - Experience coordinating projects, events, leadership forums, or offsites What you will do - Drive the operating rhythm of the Technology, IT & Security leadership team, coordinating leadership meetings, planning cycles, and governance activities. - Prepare agendas, executive presentations, briefing materials, board content, and decision papers for leadership and board-level meetings. - Track strategic priorities, key decisions, and follow-up actions, ensuring commitments are executed across the organization. - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, working closely with leaders and stakeholders to remove obstacles and maintain momentum. - Support the EVP and leadership team in planning organizational priorities, business reviews, town halls, leadership offsites, and strategic workshops. - Help develop clear executive communication, presentations, and messaging for internal and external audiences. - Identify opportunities to simplify ways of working, improve governance, and strengthen collaboration across Technology, IT & Security. - Act as a trusted coordination partner for the leadership team, creating structure, visibility, and alignment across strategic initiatives.
