Early Years Teacher

We are seeking an early years teacher for a fixed-term position at Satumetsä Daycare, joining a motivated, sensitive and capable team of nine. Our core values include nature, physical activity, and play. As an early years teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing your group’s learning culture and environment, planning pedagogical activities, implementing, developing and evaluating them, and supporting individual learning in accordance with Vesilahti’s early childhood education, environmental education, and the early childhood education action plan, and the child’s plan. The position requires eligibility under the Varhaiskasvatuslaki (540/2018). The selected candidate must present a valid criminal background check for working with children (523/2002). A tuberculosis screening for children under school age will be checked (Tartuntatautilaki §55). The job includes a two-month probationary period.
