Touhula Murto is a nature-oriented three-group daycare in Tyrnävä’s Murto area. Wellbeing of everyone in the daycare is central. Our strengths are imagination, spontaneity, adventure, and ability to adapt to everyday situations. Your role as a child day care worker is to be a key part of a team that creates a safe, inspiring and learning-supportive everyday life for children. You participate in planning and evaluating quality early childhood education as part of the team, using your strengths; you implement small-group and full-day pedagogy in line with Touhula Rhythm. You take responsibility for your own group, participate in pedagogical documentation and in drafting early childhood plans with the team. Ensure the learning environment is diverse, safe and tidy. Build trust and open interaction with families and create a positive atmosphere felt in every encounter.
