Development Engineer

Would you like to work in a versatile role in production development? We are looking for a development engineer to implement development ideas and commissioning of equipment investments while strengthening the future production of plate heat exchangers. You will be part of the heat exchanger production team responsible for welded plate heat exchangers. Our products are used in air, water and geothermal heat pumps and other HVAC equipment. Key responsibilities include improving production processes; introducing new equipment into serial production with cross-stakeholder collaboration; implementing production planning for investments and new operating methods; industrializing new products and developing production methods as needed; optimizing the use of machines and equipment; requirements include suitable technical education (engineer or MSc) or equivalent experience; strong experience in a similar role in manufacturing; ability to work independently and in a team; problem solving and initiative; understanding of compliance and documentation; proficiency in office systems; automation and robotics understanding is an asset; fluent Finnish and English, Swedish is an asset.
