Construction Supervisor

CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy seeks experienced construction supervision professionals for industrial projects in Satakunta, Finland. The role involves on-site supervision of industrial construction works, monitoring progress of work and adherence to plans, ensuring safety and compliance with EHS requirements, and conducting quality control, reporting, and documentation of the site. We expect candidates to have prior experience in construction supervision on industrial or construction projects, suitable education, a solid understanding of site quality control and practical implementation, strong IT and reporting skills, and good English language proficiency. Accommodation and travel arrangements can be coordinated by CMS separately if needed. Location: Satakunta region. Start: negotiable, 2026/10 – 2027/01. Estimated duration: 12–24 months. Interested?
