We are seeking assembly technicians for our client in Kurikka for permanent positions. Recruitment is conducted in cooperation with our client and Wulff Works. Applications and any inquiries are handled by Wulff Works to concentrate workload. Work starts as agreed after suitable candidates are found. As an assembler you will work in diverse assembly tasks as part of a production team, performing various assembly tasks from simple to more demanding assemblies. Tasks include assembling control panels and their components, installing various components and mechanical assembly work, using work instructions in daily work, and ensuring the quality of your own work. The job is hands-on and requires accuracy, attentiveness and good manual skills. The job also requires good physical condition as work is mainly done standing. We expect from applicants: a energetic and proactive approach, a positive and proper attitude to work, willingness to commit long-term, interest in assembly and installation tasks, thoroughness and ability to follow given work instructions, good teamwork and collaboration skills, fluency in Finnish, being of legal working age, readiness for two-shift work. Previous experience in assembly, installation or production work is an advantage, but the most important is good manual skills, motivated attitude and long-term commitment. A thorough onboarding will be provided.
