About the role

At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology. In this position you will be the system administrator for our Coupa system for India, Apac and Australia. Maintain system settings and partner with IT and business to implement Coupa system releases. Coordinate with other system administrators to assure global consistency. Job Responsibilities: - Administer and support S2P platforms, including Coupa, ensuring high system availability and reliability. - Lead the planning, testing, and deployment of system upgrades and new functionality in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. - Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents and service requests in accordance with established service levels. - Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, forms, catalogues, and other platform features to support evolving business requirements. - Develop and deliver training, documentation, and user guidance to support adoption of procurement systems and processes. - Coordinate, support, and provide regular status updates on system projects. - Develop test plans, test scripts, and support documentation for SIT / UAT activities. Assist with defect resolution and validation. - Participate in SIT / UAT testing as appropriate. - Provide stakeholder support, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical solutions. - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system performance, user experience, business processes, and automation, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Job Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years Business Skills - A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience. - Working knowledge of cloud-based procurement systems. - Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and best practices. - Self-motivated and directed individual, strong team player, and problem-solver. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. - Effective communication and alignment with stakeholders including peers, technical resources, and senior executives, using strong written and verbal communication skills. - A desire to experiment with, explore, and organize data to deliver meaningful business narratives. Technical Skills - Coupa certified (preferred) or System admin experience within other S2P platforms - Microsoft Office - Experience in preparing PowerPoint presentations - JIRA or similar service desk application experience
