Ruokaboksi has expanded into the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We need additional staff for the Czech and Slovak speaking customer contact team in Maikkula, Oulu. The working languages are Czech or Slovak. We will hire two more customer consultants for Maikkula. You will also need to know either Finnish or English. No prior experience required; we will train you. Over 180,000 customers in Finland and 50,000 in Estonia, Slovakia and the Czech Republic, giving you a chance to join our international sales and customer acquisition team. Description of the customer account role: 1) Take care of existing customers in Czech or Slovak and inform them about ongoing promotions and benefits; 2) Explain the service to people who have contacted us by phone, answer questions, help with selecting the right box size and contents, and encourage customers to try the service. You will be part of the existing 20-person team in Oulu at Maikkula, responsible for national sales and customer service in Finland, Estonia, Czechia and Slovakia.
