Job Description

We are looking for receptionists for our client's high-end luxury resorts for the upcoming winter season. If you enjoy first-class customer service, an international work environment, and creating memorable guest experiences, you might be the person we are looking for. In this role, you will be the face of the resort and an important part of the guests' overall experience. You are the first person guests meet upon arrival and the last they see when leaving. Therefore, we are seeking individuals who are natural and elegant customer service providers, capable of creating a warm and personal reception for guests, and who understand the high service expectations of luxury travel. You aim to exceed customer expectations and ensure that every visit is remembered as an exceptional experience. Job Description As a receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth service experience throughout their stay. You will work as part of a professional reception team in an international environment where service quality, attention to detail, and excellent customer experience are central. Your tasks include welcoming guests and providing high-quality customer service, check-in and check-out, and handling payments, managing reservations and using reception systems, advising guests on resort services, activities, and local attractions, accommodating guest requests and special needs, close cooperation with other departments of the resort, ensuring a first-class service experience in all situations. We are looking for someone who is natural, stylish, and genuinely service-oriented, enjoys working with international clients, can greet guests warmly, professionally, and individually, recognizes customer needs and can anticipate them, remains calm and solution-focused in busy situations, works carefully and accurately with systems and reservations, wants to be part of a quality service culture. Requirements include previous experience in reception tasks at a high-end hotel, resort, or other premium or luxury travel environment, experience in demanding customer service and a strong service attitude, excellent command of English, good IT skills and ability to learn new systems, of legal age, owns a car for commuting, and Finnish and English language skills.
