We are looking for four Business Analysts to join the AITO project, which is building future solutions for life insurance. The AITO project is a business renewal project for the Life Insurance Company, implementing a core system renewal for life insurance and a significant improvement in customer experience enabled by it. The positions are permanent and located in the Life development specialists team within the Development and Renewal function. Roles we are seeking: - Three Business Analysts to define entities related to the offering, sales, maintenance, claims, and documentation of the new core system's products. - One Business Analyst to define the migration of data and products from old systems to new solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for product definitions, functional and computational definitions related to data migration, and participate in the planning of system decommissioning. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role between the business and implementation, ensuring that we develop the right things in the right way. Main responsibilities: - Interpreting and structuring business needs and requirements into clear specifications for the system implementation team - Presenting and reviewing specifications together with stakeholders and system providers - Collaborating between the business, development teams, and the provider - Supporting test planning and quality assurance - Participating in demos and implementation approvals We hope for: - Experience in insurance business and/or system development specification - A customer-centric mindset and excellent interaction and collaboration skills - Technical understanding, ability to grasp wholes, identify dependencies, and solve problems - Initiative, stress tolerance, and a positive approach to development - Excellent written and spoken Finnish and good English skills Considered an advantage: - Knowledge of life insurance business - Previous experience in development, IT project work, requirement specification, and applying agile development principles in your work - Experience with Confluence and Jira tools We are primarily looking for a person with a genuine passion for development and a positive working attitude!
