Assistant Store Manager

NORMAL is looking for a cheerful and energetic Assistant Store Manager for its store in Jyväskylä Seppä for a permanent position. In this role, you are key to creating a unique shopping and customer experience. Working as a team with the Store Manager, you will motivate and develop employees in an open and joyful environment, ensuring the store operates efficiently and meets sales targets. You will be passionate about the store's visual appearance and team leadership. The role offers a start for professional and personal growth, with the potential to eventually become a Store Manager within the NORMAL chain. The role involves diverse working hours, including morning, evening, and intermediate shifts. Proficiency in Finnish is required, and the ability to serve customers in English is necessary. You must be ready to step in and ensure store operations when the Store Manager is absent.
