Site Manager

We are seeking a responsible site manager / project manager for our client company to implement high-quality small-scale housing projects. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the CEO and be responsible for the smooth execution of projects from start to finish. For over 20 years, our client company has built high-quality and stylish terraced, semi-detached, and detached houses on carefully selected plots in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The company's strength is wooden construction, and all projects are implemented with high quality, taking customer needs into account. In your role, you will be responsible for, among other things: - the comprehensive execution of new construction projects - planning site schedules and resources - estimating and calculating material needs - collaborating with subcontractors and other stakeholders - monitoring project quality, costs, and schedules - warranty period tasks and annual inspections We hope for: - a degree as a construction foreman (rakennusmestari) or other suitable education in the construction field - experience in the new construction of small-scale housing. Previous experience specifically in wooden construction and timber structures is considered an advantage - the ability to lead projects decisively and with a solution-oriented approach - a proactive, responsible, and systematic way of working - good collaboration and interaction skills We are looking for a person who wants to develop operations and boldly take on new challenges.
