Personal Assistant

The job posting describes a role as a personal care assistant who supports clients to live a self-determined life, assisting with daily tasks at home and in the community. No formal training or experience is required; the key is a right attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-focused service in various situations. Training will be provided at Onni's Avustaja Academy, with ongoing guidance from a team supervisor. Work is predominantly in two shifts on weekdays and weekends, with shifts from around two hours upward. You can work part-time or as a freelancer, and schedules are arranged to fit the individual's life. The first shift may be an orientation shift, after which the effectiveness of cooperation and personal chemistry are evaluated. Multiple clients can be supported by coordinating schedules. Requirements: Finnish language at least at B2 level; driving license and own car available if needed; must be of legal adulthood.
