Railway Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Welado, you will oversee the construction and supervision of track maintenance and construction works, working broadly with various stakeholders to manage and develop the rail network. Your role will be tailored based on your experience and interests, including tasks such as commissioning different railway projects and supervising and guiding construction projects with your team. Welado's offices are located in Helsinki, Tampere, Seinäjoki, Kouvola, Jyväskylä, Kuopio, and Oulu. The working language is Finnish. To succeed as a Project Manager, you should want to enable others' success and community well-being, hold a degree in engineering or a similar technical education, have at least three years of recent experience in railway commissioning tasks, and be committed to our values: courageously open, empathetic, and the best for our team. Additional qualifications such as RAP/RAPS, safety coordinator, or superstructure certification are considered advantages. We offer support for development, flexible work hours and locations, and meaningful roles. The salary is estimated to be between 4200-6300 euros per month, based on experience and skills.
