Location: Kajaani, Kainuu Employment type: Fixed-term until 30.9.2027, full-time (37.5 h/week) Salary: According to the real estate services collective agreement, pay grade 4 (13.88 €) + possible additions Start date: 31.8.2026 / by agreement Working hours / shifts: Mainly Mon-Fri between 5:00-16:00, possibly also weekend shifts. Shifts mainly start between 5:00-7:00. Glance at your future workday We are currently looking for a cleaner for government facilities in Kajaani to cover parental leave. In this role, daily tasks include maintenance cleaning in various buildings, such as cafes, accommodation, sauna, office, cafeteria, and meeting rooms. Additionally, you will handle basic cleaning tasks, including window washing and removing high-level dust. The work offers variety and the opportunity to learn new things. During the day, you will move between several different buildings in one area and, if necessary, work at a site in Kuhmo. You will be part of a team working together in the same area and meet your colleagues daily – you won't be working alone! The team supervisor has extensive experience in the cleaning industry and will support you in both professional development and everyday situations. Due to the specific requirements of the site, the selected person will undergo a brief security clearance, which is a prerequisite for the commencement of employment. What does success in the job require? * A suitable degree or at least one year of experience in cleaning. Either a vocational qualification in cleaning and real estate services (including the maintenance cleaning services specialization) or a professional qualification as a facility manager/institutional caretaker * Category B driver's license and the ability to drive a manual car * Fluent Finnish language skills (Fluency in Finnish is a requirement for this position) * An occupational safety card is an advantage, but not a requirement! * A positive attitude and initiative * Precision and reliability in work tasks Why Luotea?
