Construction workers for summer and autumn 2026 projects in Oulu We are currently looking for construction workers for projects starting during the summer and spring of 2026 in the Oulu region. We are mapping workers in advance for our client companies' future needs so that we can offer work as soon as suitable sites begin. Work sites vary between new construction and renovation projects, and tasks are determined based on your experience and skills. Work may be available for both longer projects and on a gig basis. The work is weekday day work, performed between 7:00 and 15:30. We are looking for workers for this position who already have experience in construction tasks and an independent work style. A basic degree in construction or another applicable degree is considered an advantage, but is not mandatory. Salary is according to the construction industry's TES wage groups 3-4 (15.55 €/h - 17.12 €/h). This is a staffing agency employment relationship, where Sihti acts as your employer.
