More information: https://www.inoxia.fi/. We are seeking a mechanical designer for a permanent position for our client, INOXia Oy. In this role, you will work in practical design, collaborating closely with the installation team. The work is project-based and diverse, including gathering initial data from customers (including manual measurements), mapping solution options, and mechanical design. Additionally, you will be responsible for the fabrication of parts, material procurement, order tracking, and preparing work instructions for installation. If desired, the role may also include installation supervision a few times a year in the form of short business trips. What do we expect from you? We expect strong experience in machine and equipment design in a 3D environment and a practical approach to work. The position requires a customer-oriented mindset, the ability to meet deadlines, and the flexibility to adapt to project requirements when necessary. We value good collaboration skills and the ability to function as part of a team. The work includes occasional 1–2 day business trips mainly within Finland, so the position requires a willingness to travel and a personal car. Project work also requires flexibility in working hours. Experience in process, layout, or piping design as well as knowledge of 3D scanning is considered an advantage. We also value proactive technical hobbies. What do we offer you?
