Business Director

Frameda is seeking an active and results-driven Business Director to lead daily operations and ensure profitable growth. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, overseeing sales, customer experience, commercial development, and identifying new business opportunities. The position is pivotal in building Frameda as the partner of choice for the salon industry in Finland, merging strategic planning with practical implementation. Reports to the Chair of the Frameda board in Sweden. Responsibilities include designing and executing commercial growth and strategy with the leadership team; operational leadership and coaching of staff; identifying new business and market opportunities; developing sales processes, metrics, and commercial operating models with the sales director; monitoring financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting; close collaboration with marketing, training business, and other key stakeholders. Requirements include experience in B2B business, preferably in beauty or haircare or premium consumer products/distribution; relevant commercial education (e.g., bachelor’s degree or KTM); prior P/L responsibility and track record of profitable growth; leadership experience in a commercial organization; strong people management skills; deep understanding of customer-driven business; financial literacy; fluent Finnish and English.
