We serve consumers in our own Iittala stores, and our skilled sales teams have an important task in creating unique shopping experiences for customers interested in our brands. In the role of a sales associate, you represent our iconic products and help our customers find the products that are just right for them. In addition to sales, you and your team take care of the presentation and tidiness of the products and ensure that our store is in accordance with our concept. The employment is a fixed-term substitute for a sales associate for the period 17.8.2026 - 31.1.2027. The weekly working time is on average 24 hours/week. Work takes place flexibly within the store's opening hours, also in the evenings and on weekends. We hope that you can also work in morning shifts within the schedules required by marketing and campaign implementations. In our Iittala stores, we follow the collective agreement for employees of Fiskars Finland Oy Ab, so the remuneration for the position is formed according to the current collective agreement. We require the applicant to be of legal age. Visual experience/education is considered an advantage when selecting the person.
