Glass Resort is a hotel offering first-class accommodation and restaurant services, known for its stylish Premium glass apartments and recently renovated, atmospheric Gallis restaurant. As a shift supervisor, you will be responsible for the restaurant operations in the absence of the restaurant manager, leading the restaurant staff with an encouraging and motivating approach. You will assist the restaurant manager in planning activities, updating drink and wine lists, and managing daily restaurant operations. The family-owned Glass Resort values straightforward, communicative, and close teamwork with the professional staff across different departments of the hotel. The ideal candidate is active, multilingual, solution-oriented, positive, and a professional in the restaurant industry with good interpersonal skills. The MEWS POS system is used, and experience with the system is considered an advantage. The employment begins as agreed, no later than October, with the restaurant opening on September 17, 2026. The position is full-time and fixed-term until approximately April 10, 2027. The restaurant is open from around October to mid-April, with a working hours bank available. The employment contract will be between Glass Resort and the selected employee. Salary is negotiable; please include your salary expectations in your application.
