We are seeking responsible and motivated fire guards for factory maintenance work across the Kymenlaakso region. The duties involve guarding hot work, door monitoring, other supportive tasks, and general workplace safety supervision at several factory sites. The team is responsible for safety; long shifts and weekend work are possible. Previous experience as a fire guard or hot-work attendant is beneficial, but a responsible attitude and commitment to safe work are most important. Requirements include a valid hot-work permit, precise work ethic, commitment to workplace safety, longevity and vigilance in performing tasks, Finnish language skills, and basic English. We offer a wage of 13–14 € per hour, work equipment, assistance with obtaining necessary permits and trainings, and a reliable employer where everything related to the employment is handled according to the book. Occupation Classification: Technology Industry collective agreement.
