In pursuit of this objective, we acquire and improve digital businesses, not to sell on, but to own and operate for the long term. A few examples of your responsibilities - Support our acquisitions. Support and advise our Accounting, Finance, and Business Acquisitions team on cross-border acquisitions, conducting due diligence, analysing and drafting transaction documents, and following post-completion integrations. - Advise on financing & capital matters. Collaborate with our Finance team to manage debt and equity financing and investments, as well as equity plans and instruments. - Draft and negotiate contracts. Handle cross-border commercial contracts with vendors and customers—initial drafting and review of confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS, and other technology-related agreements, while applying your judgment to validate terms and manage risk. - Build scalable legal tools. Create and maintain forms, playbooks, and other tools—integrating AI-powered workflows to support the company’s high-growth business. - Stay ahead of regulation. Monitor legal and regulatory developments and proactively identify opportunities to unlock value and address evolving business needs. What we look for - Reasoning ability. Typically, we offer individuals with limited experience an annual salary of £85,797 in London and €66,065 elsewhere in Europe. For a candidate that we assess as possessing considerable relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £112,189 and £250,512 in London, and €107,837 and €188,848 elsewhere in Europe.
