Research Associate

The Research Associate will play a key role in advancing evidence generation and learning across the initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of research and design – moving from literature review to field survey to analysis. You’ll help shape mixed methods research, ensure data quality, synthesize insights, and strengthen learning across teams and partners. Key responsibilities include literature review and evidence synthesis; research design and implementation; data management and analysis; research support across Scope teams; knowledge translation and learning; and qualification requirements include a Master’s degree or doctorate in public health or related field, 3-5 years of applied research, proficiency with Mendeley, Stata, R, and strong English communication.
