We are seeking ward secretaries for day and 2-shift work for permanent and fixed-term employment contracts at our Helsinki locations. Day and 2-shift work is primarily located at receptions and wards, but also in emergency and intensive care operations. We are multi-skilled professionals working in several units and handling various tasks in changing situations. Our operations cover the entire HUS area, including Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa. As ward secretaries, we operate as part of multidisciplinary cooperation, support an uninterrupted patient care chain, and provide the best customer interaction. We offer you responsible and versatile tasks, and your key duties include patient admissions and discharges, care appointments, examination orders, document processing and courier traffic, as well as customer interaction and multi-channel customer service.
