PVP panel installers – ongoing recruitment for upcoming projects We are looking for PVP panel installers for our client companies' projects across Finland. This is an ongoing recruitment process, and we are actively mapping skilled professionals for future worksites. Projects will start at different times, and confirmed start dates are not yet available for all locations. What does the job involve? The work mainly consists of installing PVP panels in various construction and industrial sites. Tasks include participating in panel lifting, installing panels in place, fastening, sealing, and other work stages related to panel construction. Worksites vary in size and duration and are located across Finland. What do we expect from you? * Previous experience in panel installation, PVP panels, or similar construction installation work * Ability to read drawings and installation instructions * Good physical condition and a safe working attitude * Valid occupational safety card * Initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Willingness to travel depending on the location of the worksites Considered an advantage: * Hot work permit * Crane card or experience using aerial work platforms * Experience in industrial, hall, or panel construction * Own car and B-driving license * Finnish language skills We offer * Diverse projects at well-known construction sites * Opportunity for long-term employment or gig work * Competitive pay based on your experience * Appropriate tools and orientation * A good work crew and a safe working environment Interested?
