We are looking for an energetic and proactive construction assistant for our client company in Tampere! As a construction assistant, you will perform various supporting tasks at construction sites. The sites vary, so tasks may differ depending on the project and the stage of work. In this role, you will gain significant experience in the construction industry and learn more while assisting experienced construction professionals. The sites are mainly located in the Tampere area, but you may also work in neighboring municipalities if desired. Your work may include, for example: * Carrying and organizing construction materials * Maintaining general cleanliness at the site * Demolition work and installing protections * Assisting professionals in various tasks We offer you: * Varied construction work in the Tampere area * The opportunity to gain experience and develop skills in the construction industry * Professional work clothes and necessary protective equipment * Your own personnel consultant to assist with employment matters * A reliable employer with over 20 years of experience Success in the position requires: * Previous experience from construction sites; education in the construction field is an advantage * A hardworking and independent approach to work, as well as good physical condition * A valid occupational safety card; a hot work permit is an advantage * Access to a car is considered an advantage Salary for the position is approximately 12-14€/h based on your experience, plus additions such as travel compensation. The position is full-time (40h/week) and work takes place on weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30. Work begins by agreement once a suitable candidate is found.
