Senior Business Development & AI Transformation Consultant, Financial Services We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development & AI Transformation Consultant to support strategic growth and AI enabled transformation within a major Nordic financial services organization. This role combines deep financial services expertise, modern technology consulting and business development leadership with a market leading client investing heavily in digital transformation, AI, cloud and next generation customer services. Our ideal candidate understands both business and technology, can engage with executives and technical teams, enjoys building relationships and developing opportunities, and brings credibility in financial services environments. Key responsibilities: • Identify and develop new consulting and technology opportunities. • Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders. • Shape transformation roadmaps, business cases and value propositions. • Support sales pursuits, proposals and strategic account planning. • Drive AI enabled productivity, automation and modernization discussions. • Support adoption of Microsoft AI and cloud technologies. • Facilitate workshops and connect business needs with technology solutions. • Support governance, compliance, risk management and change adoption. Your future team In this role, you will be part of a wider team of senior professionals working with our financial services clients. Our team is responsible for developing and selling our AI enabled offerings that drive measurable business value for our clients in executing their strategies. Main stakeholder for our team is the leadership of our clients both from technology organization and the business. The location of this role is Helsinki, but we operate in a flexible hybrid model. Our diverse teams decide for themselves which flexible working practices suit them best. What we expect from you • 10+ years of experience in financial sector, consulting, in-house development or business transformation. • Experience from banking, insurance, wealth management or other regulated financial institutions preferably in a consulting capacity. • Proven background in business development, account growth or consulting led sales. • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and executive decision makers. • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. • Consulting mindset with a hands-on approach to value creation. Considered an advantage: • Experience with Microsoft technologies and AI capabilities including Azure, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI or Azure AI Foundry. • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot. • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise or Power Platform. • Experience in generative AI, AI assisted software delivery or DevSecOps. • Experience in cloud transformation, data & analytics, automation or SDLC modernization. • Experience implementing AI solutions in regulated environments. • Finnish language skills.
