We are seeking a Product Specialist for used cars at the Espoo used car showroom to strengthen the daily management model of used car sales. In this role you are a central part of the sales core process and your goal is to ensure every car entering the sale is modeled correctly, without defects, and in a way that supports sales. As a Product Specialist you work in the preparation phases of the sales process – in the moments where decisions are made on how to get a high-quality car to the sale quickly. Your handiwork is visible in every listing, customer interaction and sales phase. Responsibilities include modeling cars for sale by reviewing features, checking service book and documents and recording them in the system; taking mileage and drivability into account, conducting test drives and sending cars to inspection when needed; ensuring the progress of the fix and that the car is in impeccable condition at sale time; photographing cars and re-shootting when needed due to seasons and lighting; setting the right asking price and finishing the sales ad and price tag clearly; evaluating seller models and giving feedback to improve quality; maintaining hall cleanliness and ensuring the sales environment is consistently presentable; checking sales stage assessment cards and ensuring internal data quality and accuracy.
