Excavator Operator

We are seeking an excavator operator for permanent employment in the Kotka region. The job starts as a temporary agency position through our company with the aim to be permanently employed by the client after a successful collaboration. Work consists of diverse earthmoving tasks, including infrastructure construction, pipe work sites and street renovations, and digging foundations for sewer lines. Work locations include Kotka, Lappeenranta and Kouvola. We offer: pay in addition to base salary for overtime per TES, well-maintained equipment, friendly team, and support during the employment period. Work involves operating a wheel-mounted and crawler excavator, with machine sizes ranging from 15–35 tons; 3D machine control is used and some knowledge is desirable. Requirements include experience with excavator operation, careful work ethic and good quality mindset, own car for commuting, and reliable attitude with the ability to work independently. Working hours: 40 h/week, Mon–Fri, typically 7:00–15:30. Salary is according to infra sector TES; salary expectations considered.
