Operations begin at the end of August. The weekly working hours are 20 hours, consisting of three working days, two of which are evening shifts. Additional hours may be available. The work is evening work, possibly also on some weekends (by agreement). As a moped workshop instructor, you are responsible for organizing and communicating activities, as well as procuring and maintaining necessary tools. Your primary task is to engage with young people and assist them with the maintenance and repair of mopeds and bicycles. The work is carried out with a youth work approach, taking the needs of young people into account. During youth evenings, a youth worker will be your partner. We expect good cooperation and interaction skills, creativity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We hope for a positive attitude and a developmental approach to work. An applicable vocational qualification or college-level degree is required for the position. Previous work experience in a similar role or experience working with young people is considered an advantage. It is a significant plus if you are a former "moped youth" with an understanding of the needs of young people in a moped workshop. Expertise in repairing and maintaining motor vehicles is also required. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract in accordance with the law (504/2002) and an acceptable medical certificate of health before accepting the position. The position includes a four-month probationary period.
