Spotter

We are looking for spotters for a large site in Nummela. The spotter’s role is to ensure safety on the construction site during crane operations. This role is particularly important when the operator’s visibility is limited or when work occurs near other structures or walkways. You will ensure that everything remains safe as work progresses. The job is full-time and starts as agreed. Working hours are weekdays 7:00-17:30 with shorter hours on Saturdays. Please note that the position requires both Finnish and English language skills. What we expect from you: you will succeed in this role if you have: a car (the site is not easily accessible by other means) Finnish and English language skills experience in construction or earthworks valid occupational safety card (or willingness to obtain it) good basic fitness and willingness for physical work reliable and meticulous approach to work attitude is everything if you’re interested and want to work as part of a team, you are a perfect match for this role.
