We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Nordics Projects team and lead environmental, landscape, infrastructure and development-enabling projects associated with large-scale client expansion program. The Role The Project Manager will deliver projects from concept through design, procurement, permitting, construction, handover and operational transition. Projects include nature restoration programs, habitat creation & enhancement initiatives, recreational infrastructure, public access and trail systems, landscape development, environmental mitigation works, wetlands and biodiversity enhancement, sustainability-driven infrastructure projects and development-enabling works. Key Responsibilities Lead projects through the full lifecycle from feasibility to handover. Develop scopes, budgets, schedules and procurement strategies. Manage contractors, consultants and specialist delivery partners. Monitor program, cost, quality and project risks. Act as primary point of contact for the Client. Coordinate regulatory authorities, municipalities, landowners and community stakeholders. Manage environmental assessments, permitting activities and sustainability commitments. Develop project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting. Essential Experience Ecological restoration, habitat enhancement or environmental improvement projects. Civil infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy or land development projects. Environmental permitting processes and regulatory engagement. Management of designers, ecologists, planners, landscape architects and civil engineers. Construction activities within environmentally sensitive locations. Projects valued between €0.5M and €10M+. What We Are Looking For Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Strong risk management capability. Qualifications Degree in Construction, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Project Management, Infrastructure, Planning, Landscape Architecture or related discipline or similar qualifications from experience. Fluent English and Finnish, written and spoken. Valid driving license. Non-Negotiable Requirements Experience managing environmental permitting processes. Experience delivering civil or infrastructure projects in greenfield or environmentally sensitive locations. Experience managing external consultants including ecologists, planners and designers. Strong commercial management experience including budget control and change management. Client-facing experience with senior stakeholders. Experience delivering projects from concept and permitting through construction and handover.
