Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a maintenance engineer for a permanent employment relationship in Tampere for our client! Elementic is a startup company that manufactures carbon-negative construction product materials from industrial side streams. The company's production is currently moving to the pilot phase and production startup is underway. A position is opening up in Elementic's team for an industrial maintenance expert. Job description: Your task is to work in cooperation with the engineering team and support all tasks related to equipment maintenance and commissioning. The position emphasizes manual mechanical maintenance work the most. To grasp the whole and enable development work, you will also participate in production. The equipment in use consists mainly of various high-temperature reactors, dosing stations, and equipment related to material transfer and molding. Working time is 37.5h/week and work is done in day shifts. This is a permanent employment relationship, which is initially concluded with Henkilöstöliiga, and after the probationary period, it is possible to transfer to the client's books. Work starts according to agreement. We expect: - At least a few years of recent work experience in versatile maintenance of the process industry - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (AMK), other engineering degrees are also acceptable - Development-oriented, proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn new things - Fluent Finnish and English language skills - Ability to use your own car is considered an advantage We offer: A permanent job in a rapidly growing industrial company.
