Your new role As our new Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will work to create Data Center solutions for our clients. You will be part of our Nordics group for Data Center Facilities in Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway. You will work as part of passionate teams filled with talents from all over the world, your core colleagues are in locations across all four Nordic countries, but you’ll also become part of our Global Data Center Spearhead and will benefit from +150 Data Center specialists in the U.K., U.S.A., India, Germany and Asia as your new colleagues. Your key responsibilities will be: Lead the design and delivery of data center cooling and HVAC infrastructure. Develop innovative thermal management solutions for AI, HPC, hyperscale, and colocation facilities. Ensure cooling systems achieve required resilience, efficiency, sustainability, and uptime targets. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams across multiple projects. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on cooling strategy, liquid cooling adoption, and future-ready data center design. Experience working as a consulting mechanical engineer. A thorough understanding of digital design delivery through Revit/BIM 360. Excellent communicator capable of explaining complex technical concepts to our clients and project team partners in plain language, verbally and in writing.
