Task Force Salesperson / Valokuitunen Oy: We are seeking an experienced and ambitious salesperson who thrives on the road and lives by sales. Do you want to take the next step in your sales career and join Valokuitunen’s top sales team? In this Task Force role you will be constantly on the move: work is 100% field-based across Finland. Your home can be anywhere in Finland. Work days are 21 per month and you decide how to split your days and days off. Trips typically last 1–2 weeks depending on distance and travel time. Sales territories vary, so each day brings new encounters and opportunities. This role requires solid sales background as territories are already mapped, and the company’s top salespeople form the Task Force team sent to map opportunities and complete sales processes. Because the job is field-based, travel readiness is a must. The job requires independent and responsible approach: housing and travel arrangements are done independently. We expect: strong track record in sales; ability to work independently and goal-oriented; willingness to travel regularly across Finland; initiative and responsibility; excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; B-class driving license.
