Activity Coordinator for 4H youth activities – come do meaningful work! We are looking for an Activity Coordinator for the Lounais-Häme 4H region for the club funding period 17.8.–30.5.2027. In this role, you will perform versatile and impactful work with young people and become part of a joyful and active 4H community! What does the role involve? As an Activity Coordinator, you are responsible for: - Planning and implementing clubs and camps, as well as related reporting and procurement. - Planning and implementing various events - Ensuring the smooth daily operations of 4H youth activities Work Environment Our office is located in Tammela at Manttaali, and the job description is mobile. Clubs are implemented throughout the Lounais-Häme 4H operational area. What do we hope for from you? We especially value: - Experience working with children and youth - Creativity, initiative, and organizational skills - Good stress tolerance and motivation - Readiness for flexible working hours; the job also includes evening and weekend work - Practical skills and expertise in accordance with 4H values - A driver's license or other equivalent means to move around the area (use of public transport is recommended for sustainable development) In the 4H organization, all employees must present a criminal record extract for working with children and youth. Working Hours and Remuneration - Working hours are mainly on weekdays, but events also require participation according to their schedules. - Work is also performed in the evenings and weekends - Working hours: part-time 20-30 h / week - Remuneration: Advisory sector TES (Collective Agreement) - Employment: Fixed-term over 6 months, possibility of extension. - Application deadline 8.8.2026 Why 4H?
