Site Manager

Location: Turku Employment type: Permanent / full-time, 37.5 h/week Salary: Property services sector TES pl 2-3 + possible additions Start date: According to agreement Working hours/shifts: Working hours are on weekdays between 6:00 and 14:00 A glimpse into your future workday/role We are looking for a site manager/maintenance cleaner for our client site, who will also be responsible for quality control, onboarding and supervising employees, and planning cleaning tasks according to the site's needs. Your role also includes participating in practical cleaning work and ordering supplies and materials to ensure uninterrupted operations. As a site manager, you ensure that our client's premises are tidy, functional, and maintained to a high standard. You will succeed in this role if you work responsibly and proactively, and can smoothly organize both your own and the team's work. We value a customer-service mindset, flexibility, and the readiness to act in various and changing situations. The position requires at least 2 years of cleaning experience in a similar site and a completed basic or professional qualification in the property services sector. The role also requires fluent Finnish language skills and the ability to organize work efficiently.
