Site Manager for Renovation and Commercial Space Projects We are looking for an experienced site manager to be responsible for demanding renovation and commercial space renovation projects. Success in this role requires strong practical experience in renovation construction and a proven track record of managing commercial space renovations in environments where the customer's business continues normally during construction work. Job Description As a site manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of projects and the smooth progress of the construction site. You will ensure schedules, quality, occupational safety, and the coordination of subcontractors and your own staff. Tasks include, among others: * Site management of renovation and modification projects * Planning and coordination of commercial space renovation implementation * Monitoring site schedules, quality, and costs * Guidance and supervision of subcontractors * Ensuring occupational safety * Cooperation with customers and other stakeholders We Expect From You * Extensive and versatile experience in site management for renovation construction * Experience in renovation projects for commercial spaces, shopping centers, or store environments * Ability to lead projects at sites where business is ongoing during the renovation * Good organizational and interaction skills * A solution-oriented and proactive approach to work * Education in the construction field (e.g., construction foreman or construction engineer) * Valid occupational safety and other qualifications necessary for the position We Offer * Versatile and challenging renovation projects * A responsible role in a solvent company * Support from a professional work community * Competitive salary based on experience * Opportunity to influence the success of projects and your own job description * Work lasts until mid-February 2027.
