We are looking for an experienced telecommunications installer for an apartment and terraced house line renovation site. Your work will focus on the construction and maintenance of fiber optic networks. Your duties include splicing and terminating fiber optic cables, as well as installation and finishing work for fiber networks both in the field and in properties. You will be responsible for, among other things, the commissioning and measurement of fiber connections at customer sites, and if necessary, locating and repairing faults. The job includes customer interactions at sites and during commissioning. Work sites are mainly located in the Jyväskylä area, with travel to neighboring municipalities by company car. You are suitable for this job if you have: * Appropriate education, such as electrical or telecommunications training * Previous experience in fiber optic installations or other installation work in the telecommunications, automation, or electrical fields * Basic understanding of the structure and operation of fiber optic networks * Ability to work independently, proactively, and responsibly * Fluent customer service skills * Class B driver's license * Good oral and written skills in Finnish; fluent English skills are considered an advantage We offer you: * A salary according to the collective agreement (TES) or better, paid on time.
