We are now looking for an HR Specialist in Helsinki for a fixed-term contract of approximately one year to be responsible for employee resourcing and account management for our client companies in the construction industry, working together with our account managers. HR Specialist's work in practice As an expert in Eezy Personnel Services, you will play a key role at the center of our important client companies in the construction industry. You will be the administrative supervisor for our leased personnel, ensuring the smooth flow of a professional HR process by handling personnel matters from recruitment and employment contracts to employment certificates. You will interpret collective agreements in the construction industry as needed and act as the driver for managing construction personnel. You will be the contact person for our accounts, capable of interpreting our clients' needs in the construction sector and strengthening our internal sales with a business-oriented approach. You understand that a strong customer focus and an excellent candidate experience are key cards for success in this industry. Our Helsinki office is located in Pasila, right next to Tripla. Working hours are flexible, and the possibility of partial remote work supports the balance between work and other life, although work is primarily done from the office. The position starts in autumn 2026 and is for a one-year fixed term, but continuation after this is also possible. What we hope for You have accumulated several years of work experience in personnel resourcing within the construction industry, and experience from the personnel services sector is seen as a definite advantage. The position requires the ability to conceptualize various collective agreements and other employment-related matters, an understanding of business orientation, and a customer service mindset. You know how to treat your leased personnel professionally and helpfully.
