We are looking for an active and solution-oriented Technical Sales Representative for our Lappeenranta location, who enjoys customer work, target-driven sales, and building long-term customer relationships. What is the daily work like? As a Technical Sales Representative, you will act as a trusted partner to your customers and help them find the right products and solutions for their business needs. You will be responsible for developing and selling your own customer portfolio and ensuring that our customers receive expert service and a smooth customer experience – in the Ahlsell way. In your role: - you will actively maintain contact with customers via phone, email, and customer visits - you will map customer needs and offer effective industrial solutions - you will grow sales in both existing and new accounts - you will build and maintain long-term customer relationships - you will work closely with the sales manager, account managers, technical sales representatives, and the store team - you will participate in the implementation of customer events, campaigns, and other sales-supporting activities - you will utilize the CRM system and other tools for planning and monitoring customer work You will succeed in the role if - you enjoy meeting customers and want to build long-term customer relationships - you work towards goals and actively drive things forward - you have experience working with industrial customers and developing accounts - you understand the customer's business and can identify sales opportunities - you have good interaction, negotiation, and collaboration skills - you are solution-oriented and committed to providing customers with the best possible service experience - you are proficient in handling numbers and can use information to support decision-making We also hope for - technical or commercial education or equivalent expertise through work experience - experience in B2B sales - knowledge of the industrial operating environment and technical products - good IT skills and a willingness to adopt new systems quickly - fluent Finnish language skills and good English language skills; Swedish language skills are considered an advantage You do not need to know everything in advance.
